Experimentation permeates much of the tech sector and is spreading beyond.
These days, most major tech companies wouldn’t make an important change to their platforms without running experiments to understand how it might influence user behavior. Our coaching process takes a similar approach.
EXPERIMENTATION
For our clients, it means seeing what happens in a safe space where the traditional mindset is reframed to curiosity and learning. Test and learn creatively, with no judgment around making mistakes, and become more aware of your potential for change.
ADULT LEARNING
Along with experimentation, we use adult learning principles to foster learning from experience to generate new ways of perceiving and responding to experience.
